We are stopping all face-to-face contact
throughout our business

Nothing matters more than people and we want to do everything possible to help keep everyone we work with safe.
Following the Prime Minister’s announcement last night of stricter measures to help control the spread of Coronavirus, we are immediately ceasing any face-to-face contact related to our business.
We want to do everything we can to keep people safe. Having seen the horrendous impact of this virus on people around the world, it’s vital that we all do as much as possible to reduce its spread. Our staff will all be staying at home so they can play their part. We will also immediately cease any deliveries to or from our business to eliminate the need for anyone to put themselves at risk on our behalf.
We’re pausing manufacturing to help keep people safe
We have temporarily closed our manufacturing facility. This will enable our manufacturing team to stay at home and minimise their risk. Despite the challenges this presents, it is without doubt the right thing to do. We will also be putting site visits on hold until we are advised that it is safe to resume face-to-face contact.
We’re continuing to design amazing spaces
Our office-based staff are already working from home, continuing their work to help you create amazing spaces in which to learn and work. You’ll be able to contact us in the usual ways and we are working well as a virtual team using Microsoft Team technology to support us.
How you can help
We would like to thank all of our customers who are carrying on with their projects in this time of immense uncertainty and would encourage all of our customers to do so wherever possible. If we maintain ‘business as usual’ as far as we can in this highly unusual time, we will be better placed to support our employees and our supply chain, and we will all be playing our part in helping to keep the economy going. We are very grateful for your support.
Weathering the storm
Along with many other organisations and their people, this will be a painful time for our business but we are hopeful that, through careful financial management and because we are in robust shape, we will weather the storm. We will monitor government assistance closely to help us through, and, hopefully, we will pick up where we left off as soon as it is safe to do so. We will continue to review the situation and, as soon as we are able, we will get back to ‘business as usual’.
Thank you to all of our customers for your ongoing support. Please accept our apologies for any disruption this causes but we’re sure you would agree that this is the socially responsible thing to do. We wish you all well in this challenging time and, if we can be of help, please do get in touch.
